It’s really simple! Everything is done remotely via email, messages or video call. You send us photos, videos and measurements of your space, tell us what you like and need, and we will create your full design plan. Depending on which service you choose, we either give you the plan to shop from yourself, or the team do all the shopping and ordering for you. We never need to visit your home or meet you in person.

At the moment we only offer design only packages for clients outside the UK. If you are based elsewhere and interested in working together, please send us a message and the team will let you know if we can help.

Don’t worry if you’re not sure how to do this! Once you book, we will send you a simple, clear guide explaining exactly how to measure your space easily and accurately. You don’t need any special equipment , just a tape measure and a piece of paper.

We will ask for clear photos of every wall of the room, taken from each corner so we can see the whole space. Photos of any existing furniture or features you want to keep are also helpful. If you can take a short video walking around the room, that’s even better!

Absolutely! Every package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions, so you can give us your feedback and ask for changes until you are 100% happy with the final design. Additional revisions can be arranged if needed for a small extra fee.

Yes, we provide a simple, clear contract for every project which outlines exactly what the team will deliver, payment terms and responsibilities for both of us. This protects both parties that ensures we are both clear on what to expect.

You will have everything you need to bring your space to life. If you need any extra help or advice after receiving your files, the team always happy to answer quick questions or provide additional guidance.
